Bovinova was founded by a group of business owners brought together by their love of food, entertaining and helping the community. The idea of roasting a whole cow was seen on TV and inspired by Chef Francis Mallmann from Uruguay. It looked like a natural challenge that could inspire a great party and it has!

This event will be raising money for the Wounded Warriors Project and Spartanburg Methodist College. Please come out for a great cause, entertainment and of course, some great food. Passes are $30 for one and $45 for two. Children under 13 free with Pass Holding Adult.

Jeff Bannister

Braddock Cunningham

Braddock also owns a Mixed Martial Arts gym and supports local charities and business organizations. A food, wine, cigar and scotch enthusiast, Braddock holds the Certified Food Manager designation from IFSEA and specializes in Creole and "low-country" cooking

Ken Flournoy

CEO and owner of Ken’s Plumbing, “The Picky People’s Plumber”, one of the premier plumbing companies in the Upstate of South Carolina. Ken also owns an electrical service company named Hot Wire, Inc. Ken made his way through college as a chef at several restaurants in South Carolina and Georgia. Ken is always ready to smoke a cigar, entertain friends and always enjoys great food, good wine and live music.

Kamran Popkin

Sean Porter
